公主赵太平为嫁李登科叛逃出宫，5年后李登科高中状元。他误以为赵太平与赵炳有染，挟持赵炳。回家后面对恢复公主身份的赵太平及麻袋里的“奸夫”赵炳不知所措。大婚时李登科欺辱赵炳逼其签认罪书，赵炳为护亡妻遗像无耐签字。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island.
