为纪念人民音乐家冼星海逝世十周年所摄制的音乐影片，由《黄河船夫曲》、《黄河颂》、《黄水谣》、《河边对口曲》、《黄河怨》、《保卫黄河》、《怒吼吧！黄河》等组成。。不法商人黄德（黄锦燊 饰）在纽约从事印制伪钞的勾当，其旗下集团为CIA一举捣毁。身为主犯的黄德逃回香港，设立印刷集团，表面行出版之事，暗地里继续不法行径。CIA方面派出女干探辛蒂（Cynthia Rothrock 辛西娅•罗斯洛克 饰）飞抵香港，势要捉拿黄德归案。 辛蒂伪装成应聘记者，混入黄德的集团，然中途身份败露，被迫逃出。辛蒂投靠其在香港的好友茱迪（李美凤 饰），继而得知茱迪的父亲余检控官（乔宏 饰）也在侦查黄德的犯罪证据。可惜开庭之前余检控官被黄德绑架，强迫注射令人心智失常的药物，随后茱迪更被虏去。为救出好友，辛蒂和同事共入匪穴，与之展开正邪的较量……。Two losers from Milwaukee, Coop & Remer, invent a new game playing basketball, using baseball rules.
