七十年代初期,赌、黄、毒乃香港社会三大毒瘤,不法之徒在贪官污史包庇下暗地经营这些勾当.政府遂于一九七四年成立廉政公署,务求肃清贪污.警方对扫毒工作努力不懈,迭破巨案,女毒后郑如燕获悉逃脱,并决散播流言,称已偷渡出境.警方表面停顿侦查,实已布下天罗地网……。Minjae is a highschool teacher during the day, but at dusk, he goes out on the streets and join with youth who are alienated from school and home. Due to an incident, Minjae is put to the test again to protect his students ─ Jigeun and classmates.。
