What started out as Patricia (Eva Habermann) the nurse’s last day turns into a battle for survival when the doctor’s machine inadvertently turns a patient’s tumour into a cyst-monster that terrorizes the office.。为了变得更强而正在旅行的少年钢银河，在偶然的机会下帮助并认识了同样热爱战斗陀螺的小学生汤宫健太。此后两人以战斗陀螺为缘由不断认识着更多的朋友与敌人，共同体验着陀螺对战带来的各种乐趣与磨练，并逐渐成长起来。。
