Special thanks to the family of Usmar Ismail.。兰陵城内接连发生“恶鬼食人”案，流言四起人心惶惶。御天鉴派无常组黑锋、白羽二人前去调查，发现掏心而食的神秘乞丐和以血入药的女郎中听听，竟然都和传说中的南疆蛊妖有着千丝万缕的联系。十年前神秘蛊族一夜被屠，十年后总督大人执意要黑锋白羽手刃听听，连环命案还在继续，御天鉴不可告人的秘辛丑闻也逐渐浮出水面……。以古今中外笑话为基础，通过发生在“达达”“春春”“牟牟”“迎迎”等一个个小人物身上的喜剧故事，使人感觉有你，有我，也有他，使我们在看本剧的时候或开怀大笑，或认真思考，在轻松愉快中受到启发并聪明地面对生活中的尴尬。。
