《喝彩中华第二季》是由东方娱乐出品、王昕轶与衡娟联合执导的戏曲文化类真人秀节目，2019年1月4日起每周五晚21:35在东方卫视播出，共10期，每集50分钟。节目由方芳、王珮瑜、霍尊担任“喝彩观察团”成员，通过每期4-5位戏曲从业者、爱好者及跨界嘉宾讲述戏曲故事，展示传统戏曲与现代艺术融合的“喝彩大秀” 。。记者白子衿因消防官兵转隶事宜到部队采访。多年前，她因大火烧伤双眼，是一位消防兵救了她。如今，她复明归来，想要找到这位救过自己的“父亲”。这次，她的采访对象——赵建成教导员，正是“父亲”以前的部下。然而赵指导员正因即将脱去这身“橄榄绿”的军装而迷茫。在昔日战友的墓前，赵建成渴望找到该如何面对的答案。但是，这里只有沉默的丰碑。此时，失明的老队长出现了，告诉他：“军装换了，咱的心没有换，责任还在！”而白记者却眼含热泪，因为她终于听见了她寻觅已久的声音……。The ship has been stuck in the doldrums for some time, but as soon as they break free into more promising water, the wind blows up suddenly, damaging the foremast and sending the ship right back into the still water.
