一名拥有显赫财富和社会地位的医生寺本，与他的妻子志津子及儿子健一共同享受着无忧无虑且令人羡慕的生活。这一天，他收到了前雇员寄来的包裹，请他帮忙照看里面的物品。打开包裹后却发现，里面竟是一个女性僵尸。随包裹一起的还有一份书面注意事项和一把用于自卫的手枪。寺本万般无奈，暂时留下这个名叫沙罗的僵尸。志津子出于友善，安排沙罗帮忙打扫院子。健一则拿着新得到的拍立得相机给沙罗拍照。然而周围人却全用憎恶、恐惧甚至贪婪的目光注视着沙罗。沙罗默默承受这一切，生前的记忆也慢慢复苏。然而，他们的平静生活开始悄然发生转变，最终完全失控……。两个陌生人相遇。其中一人把另一人带入了一个庞大且强势的犯罪组织，也给后者提供了在经历一段暴力的过往之后自我救赎且踏上一个新起点的可能，。The 'Owner House' has been vacant for several years because of its very dark history but with the recent series of murders it has been taken to the next level.
