法国人艾菲·勃朗特来到陕西的定军山下寻找祖父日记里的魔咒，巧遇大学生村官胡静瞳，两人一次次的探险。让定军山下备受污染的人们喝上了纯净水。定军山下响起了欢庆的锣鼓，胡静瞳找遍大山却不见艾菲踪影……。纪录片以刁亦男和胡歌为主视角，讲述电影【南方车站的聚会】从缘起、筹备到杀青、上映，在近2年的时间里，演员与制作团队从陌生到熟悉，逐步建立起信任、默契，共渡难关的过程。全组成员在漫长的150多个黑夜里，经历着种种争辩、妥协、坚持与转变，是一场独立电影人向着工业化制作水准的黑夜探险。。Jimmy is the only man who, after his divorce, still has to deal with his disapproving, meddling mother-in-law.
